Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. We are exploring international expansion with our fulfillment partner. 

On average our orders arrive within three days of shipment. We process the same day if you order before 1 pm CST, and the next day if you order after 1 pm CST.  You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it is shipped.

Product Questions

We make our products held to our own lofty standards. This means they only contain ingredients that have a place in skincare. As a lot of our ingredients are plant derived, we practice supply chain ethics to ensure we source correctly with respect for our environment. 

We are always working on something new. We want to complement our existing product line with further skincare essentials, but only when we know that we have found the correct combination to uphold our brand values. 

Yes, and we only work with companies that uphold the same values that we do. This means cruelty-free facilities throughout our supply chain that are independently audited to ensure compliance.

Of course! We intend for our products to be as recyclable as possible. This includes packaging, note cards, even the product components itself. We have built a recycling page on our website that details the process to recycle our products. 

Store your Overt products in a cool, dry place, and they will last up to a year after opening. Although we hope you love them so much that they don’t end up sitting around for that long!

Returns

We are sorry that our product didn't work for you. For safety reasons we don't accept physical returns. If you are unhappy with a product within 30 days of purchasing, just reach out to us using the contact form below and we will refund your purchase. For sustainability, and to avoid wasting product, please give the product to someone who you think will love it.

We try and be as quick as possible. That said, it is not always instantaneous. We aim to make things right within 10 business days.

Billing and Payment

As soon as you purchase an item from us the charge will go through. We process your order and then ship out your new favorite Overt products.

We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Please check with your card issuer to see what happened with your payment. Most likely there was an error processing on their end and they will be able to make it right.
